ZC'S Ceramic knife gate valves have one piece integral body design to reduce flow resistance.
2. Inlet seat and outlet seat are ceramics materials. Because high hardness and high strength of high pure 99% Al2O3 ceramics, Foyo ceramic knife gate valves have much longer service life than general metal seated knife gate valves in similar conditions.
3. The gates of ceramic knife gate valves are hardened with nitriding treatment, Tungsten carbide T.C. or hard Chrome to improve working performance.

5. The actuation of FOYO ceramic knife gate valves can be hand wheel, pneumatic cylinder, electric motor and hydraulic actuator, special requirements are available on customer’s requirement

This valve  is application as on-off or pipelines with high-hardness grains or wwith both soft grns and corrosive medium .Its nominal pressure  is 1.6Mpa ,and applicable temperature ≤200℃ 。And air supply pressure 0.6-0.8 Mpa .All mediumcontacting parts are made of structure ceramic ,featuring extremely high chemical stability and hardness（Rockwell Hardness HRC90 0），Only next to diamond .Therefor ,this valve  has  extremely strong resistance to abrasion ,corrosion and erosion ,good heat insulation and small thermal expansion the ball body is made with advanced grinding equipment and process with high–precision ball roundness and good surface quality ,and after facing –up with the valve seat ,a good seal ability can be obtained by means og self-lubrication of Zr02CERAMIC .thanks to the ceramic’s strong resistance to abrasion ,this valves is durable and extremely reliable with a long service life being 2-4 times of that Ti alloy and Monel  valves

Bi-direcational sealing , the gate is longer and the bottom extends out of the body and requires two packing gland The gate forms a cavernous port whose role is that when the gate opens ,medium may flow away completely without any detention ; The seat keeps sealing in the condition of high concentration of medium , there is no the medium accumulation in the bellow of knife as no the stagnant zone Product are widely used in paper making , chemical industry and sugar ,etc

SS knife gate valve  has CF8, CF8M ,SUS2520 and SS2205. The connection is Lug type and Flange type.

1, First  type :    PU ring  lined exit side . the PU  is  wear resistant and sealing .

3 Third type : all the body is lined PU , The medium could not touch the body to protect the body 

Bi-directional knife gate valve is made of cast iron and ductile iron . There is a groove which is installed the rubber in the bottom of body . The rubber is lined inner body .
The body is casted as a whole to easily exchange the seal ring and convinentily service .
