This type cast bronze sleeve bushing has the same performance with other oiles bearing.but with much higher hardness, twice life time for low speed application compared with tin bronze bushing. It's also called cast bearing,brass bush,cooper bearing,solid sliding bearing,oil grooves plain bearing,cast bronze bearing,cast bronze and so on.

PVB02 Boundary Lubricating POM Coated Bushing called DX bushing, boundary lubrication bearing,SF-2 oilless bearing,dry bearing, DX bearing and POM lined plain dry bush. It has similar material structure with DU bushing. The difference is the layer with POM coated.
Material Structure:
These materiais consist of metal backing bonded to a porous bronze sintered layer with PTFE based polymer bearing layer.The metal backing provides mechanical strength, while the bronze sinter layer provides a strong mechanical bonding between the backing and the bearing lining,the PTFE based polymer offers exceptional low friction even under dry condition.

1. POM with lead 0.3~0.5mm.
