I. Basic information of the exhibition


(1) Exhibition Name: 2022 Zhejiang Famous Consumer Goods (Central and Eastern Europe) Online Exhibition


(2) Exhibition platform: This exhibition adopts the online platform of Zhejiang National Exhibition


(3) Form and time of the exhibition:


1. Special symposium: arrange online trade talks from May 17 to 21, 2022. Organize 40 Zhejiang companies and 50 overseas professional buyers to participate, and carry out one-on-one pairing negotiations through the online platform display of the National Exhibition and the ZOOM platform. Each Zhejiang company negotiates no less than 3 overseas buyers, and on average, each Zhejiang exhibitor negotiates no less than 5 overseas buyers.


2. Annual online display: Set up the "Zhejiang Famous Daily Consumer Goods (Central and Eastern Europe) Special Zone" on the homepage of the online platform of the National Exhibition, organize 40 Zhejiang consumer goods companies to settle in, support each company no less than 20 product pictures to display, support each company no less than 5 vlog of their products, and the online display time is 1 year.


3. Publicity promotion:


(1) Digital marketing services. Use overseas marketing teams and social media, such as text, video, E-mail way to carry out the publicity, in central and eastern Europe


(2) Produce independent posters and electronic journals. Use the product pictures and related text materials provided by the exhibitors to make English posters, and make an electronic journal of "Zhejiang Famous Consumer Goods Industry (Special Exhibition for Central and Eastern Europe)" to invest it in overseas social media before the exhibition to promote Zhejiang famous products and exhibitor brands.


(3) Invite buyers to participate in docking meetings through relevant business associations and professional institutions in Central and Eastern European countries; carry out authoritative promotion through official channels such as embassies and consulates.
