OUYI VALVE is a professional manufacturer for producing ball valves and its components. In 2014, OUYI be awarded “Meritorious Enterprise”; “Top 10 Industrial Enterprises”; “Standard & Safety producing III grade” by local government.

OUYI customized & imported 16~64" ball machining & grinding integrative CNC to cover the vacancy of domestic large equipment capacity. Moreover, this mode means the the geometric tolerance be reduced significantly which were caused by parts turned in operators, machines and time difference.

Our professional lab has full set professional, advanced moving and bench‐top CMM(Three‐coordinate measuring machine). Based on strict quality control team and advanced equipment, Ouyi can sure all products with high precision and quality.

In Oct. 2009, with the order quantity increased sharply, to meet the local and oversea omers’  increasing requirement to our product. OUYI moved its factory to Linshui City and extend its building area more than 26000㎡ , the company staff increased to 150 persons, Under such back ground, to keep our product quality on high level, We added more equipment for original professional lab. Now our quality control and inspection system is made by spectral analysis, physicochemical experiment, NDT, behavioral simulation experiment. With the quality control team operating according to ISO9001, we already executed the full process quality control covered raw material purchasing, producing process, completed products inspection, test & tracing. Our target is to sure all OUYI product quality are always higher than customer’s request.
