Zhejiang Zhenyuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (“The Company”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhejiang Zhenyuan (Stock Code: 000705), known as a listed company in Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and the Company is a national key hi-tech enterprise.The Company has a registered capital of RMB 300 million, covers a land area of 231,225 m2 and has more than 900 employees. To date, it has been engaged in bio-fermentation of APIs for over four decades.
