Structures and Work Principles:

Fabric inspection clothing machine is composed of main frame, light box, main drive system, scotching stand, fold clothing device. Its work principle is like below explaining. The motive power, which produced by frequency control motor, passes on the power to the upper delivering cloth expansion cylinder, and lower roller cloth expansion cylinder though reduction box. The fabric or textile though the upper delivering cloth expansion cylinder to lower roller cloth expansion cylinder, passing the lamp box. When the cloth though the lamp box, you can check the quality of the cloth. At the same time, the counter register, which rolls with the lower roller cloth expansion cylinder, can let the length of the cloth show on the screen.

Structures and Work Principles:

The machine is made in electric heating part, cleaning belt parts, transporter part, electric control system etc.

Working Method: The motor drive the upper and lower rollers through the chain and chain wheel. Then it drives all other rollers to supply the fabric to fuse and pass it outside for cooling.

1.  This machine is full mechanical. All the parts including rolling, pressure supply, belt adjustment is supplied by the mechanical system. It can work steady and needn’t any assistant device.

2.       This machine has the automatic belt adjusting system. Two synchronous motors adjust the roller to ensure the belts are in suitable position.

3.       The electric system is using the floating devise that the belt can face against the manager.
