1.1 Industry status

Although the In-vehicle mobile patrol terminal has gradually increased in recent years, there are still many shortcomings:

1.Duplication in-vehicle device functions

Although police patrol cars and police officers are equipped with body camera, walkie-talkies, police communication and other related information equipment, the functions of the equipment are overlapped. For example, many devices have positioning functions. However, due to different accuracy and different corresponding platforms, each the device positioning is deviated, and unified scheduling management cannot be realized;

2.Inefficient command and control

The command and dispatch of a large number of front-line departments still use traditional walkie-talkies for police dispatch. There is no efficient and unified command and dispatch platform. It is difficult to associate police force, law enforcement videos, police situation, service and other information, resulting in low efficiency in receiving and handling police;

3.Incomplete information collection

Although police patrol cars and police officers are equipped with law enforcement recorders or a small amount of on-board monitoring, the camera angle is limited and it is impossible to see the surrounding situation completely. In the event of an emergency, it is impossible to completely restore the scene of the incident；

4.Cumbersome business process

After the police officers enforce the law on the spot, they need to record the facts of the case, return to the station, and then enter the facts of the case into the system. The overall operation is cumbersome and the workload of the police is increased;

5. Limited effect of illegal evidence collection

Regarding traffic violations, fixed capture equipment and manual on-site evidence collection are still the mainstays. However, there are a large number of dead spots in fixed equipment, and manual evidence collection is not only time-consuming and laborious, but also inefficient.

3. product description

By installing a new high-precision, intelligent and humanized smart mobile police system on the police patrol car, dynamic supervision of vehicles and personnel on the road and intelligent evidence collection are realized. Not only can it save a lot of police force to do other work, it also has a positive role in improving law enforcement efficiency, reducing the incidence of public security cases, and creating a safe public security environment.

The vehicle-mounted mobile patrol terminal consists of an integrated smart police light on the roof and a smart rearview mirror in the car。
